I’ll contact you to schedule a 10-minute phone call to discuss your situation and find a time for your first session.

Session information

If you are a new client, your first session will last 90 minutes. During this session, we will go over your primary reasons for your appointment, your health history,  goals for treatment, conduct an evaluation and a treatment session.

Before your first session, please Click here to download, print, and fill out the Health History Form. Please bring the completed form to your first session.

Session clothing: Structural Integration sessions are conducted in either bra and underwear or shorts and tee shirt.  
Fascial Stretch sessions are conducted in stretchy athletic clothing.

Please refrain from wearing scents such as perfumes, essential oils; or using oil or lotion your skin prior to the session. 

After your first session, subsequent sessions last 50 minutes.

Directions & Parking

My office address is at 120 Allens Creek Rd, first floor, Rochester NY, 14618.
For detailed driving instructions, got to Directions in the menu bar.

You may park in any available space in the parking lot around the building.  
There is a handicap ramp and parking on the right rear side of the building.

Enter Building 120, then take the first door on your right.  You will see our suite directly in front of you. 

If your shoes are wet and/or salty, please remove them as soon as you enter the suite.  Come into the suite and make yourself comfortable. I’ll be out to get you for your appointment. 

Covid-19 precautions

Regarding the Covid-19 virus and other transmittable germs, we adhere to recommended guidelines in addition to strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols.  As guidelines fluctuate, I will discuss current protocols with you during the 10-minute interview.

Each practitioner room is equipped with an AirDoctor® air cleaner to aid in reducing airborne particles.
