Workshops

I have taught a variety of classes for manual and movement therapists in Rochester, NY, nationally, and internationally.  I am a senior faculty member at Anatomy Trains, where I teach a number of seminars, including the foundational course, Anatomy Trains in Structure and Function. I also teach my own yoga courses for yoga practitioners and teachers, Teaching Yoga with a Fascial Focus.   Click here for a list of courses I’ve taught. Please contact me if you are interested in having me teach a course for you.]

Due to Covid-19, in-person courses have been temporarily paused. Check back soon for future offerings.
